Hundreds of exhibitors set up at the same time. If you don't plan for that, you get stuck in traffic and start late.

Distances at exhibition centres are long. Getting there takes longer, transporting equipment to the halls takes time, and security checks add up.

Every exhibition centre has its own rules. If you don't know them, you lose valuable time with on-site coordination.

We plan with enough buffer
We are typically fully set up at least one hour before the event starts. If needed, we can also set up the day before so everything is ready on show day.

We handle delivery and setup. On time, stress-free and without you having to worry about it. The day before if needed.
Show time
We mix, you network. Your visitors get premium drinks and stay longer at the booth. For multi-day shows, we are there on time every day.
Breakdown & billing
After the last show day, we clear everything out. Clean billing based on what was planned together. No surprises.

Our base package starts at 350 EUR (net) and includes planning, equipment, one bartender for 3 hours, plus setup and breakdown. Cocktails start from 5 EUR each. The final cost depends on the exhibition, duration and your preferred beverage selection. Just get in touch and we will create a custom quote for you.
We are familiar with the logistics at German exhibition centres and plan setup with enough buffer. Typically we are fully ready at least one hour before the event starts. If needed, we can set up the day before. We discuss all the details in advance so you don't have to worry.
Yes. In addition to cocktails, we offer long drinks, soft drinks and fully non-alcoholic beverage options. A good mix is particularly important at trade shows, since not every visitor drinks alcohol. We put together a menu that has something for everyone.
Multi-day trade shows are part of our regular business. We plan beverage quantities per day, adjust the selection as needed and make sure everything is fresh and ready each morning. Special rates are available for multi-day bookings.
Our mobile bar can be flexibly adapted to your booth layout. At a minimum, we need about 2 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep. We discuss in advance exactly how the bar can be integrated into your booth design.
Before the event, we plan a sensible beverage quantity together, based on your booth, the show duration and the expected visitor traffic. This ensures enough stock is on site without any shortages.
We are based in Essen, in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany. We regularly serve Messe Essen, Westfalenhallen Dortmund and other venues in the region. For larger exhibitions, we also travel further across Germany.
